3 Basic Operations

Folder

Use this feature to create folders for saving scanned documents. Scanned documents
in folders can be imported to computers.

Select [Setup] on the [Services Home] screen.

Select [Create Folder].

Select a folder to create.

When you create a folder, the [New Folder -
Passcode] screen appears. Select items,

and then select [Save].

For more information on assigning a passcode, refer to
"5 Tools" > "Setup" > "Create Folder" > "Check
Folder Passcode" in the Administrator Guide.

Select items and set the required settings.

When you finish required settings, select [Save].

] to return the previous screen

] to move the next screen.
• Entering a 3-digit folder number with the
numeric keypad displays the specified
folder at the top of the column.
• When you select a folder already created,
the [Folder XXX - Create/Delete] screen
appears.
