Move the handle [1a] to the right (1), and
then turn the knob [1c] clockwise (2).
Remove the jammed paper.

Close the front cover of the High Capacity Tray Unit.

Open the front cover of the High Capacity
Tray Unit.

Move the handle [1b] to the right (1), and
then turn the knob [1c] clockwise (2).
Remove the jammed paper.
Note
• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces
of paper in the unit.
• A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the front cover of the High
Capacity Tray Unit is even slightly open.
• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces
of paper in the unit.
