The shaper instance.
Shape unicast traffic.
Shape multicast traffic.
Shape broadcast traffic.
Shape MAC control traffic.
Shape traffic with unknown destination address.
Discard frame at overflow (else attempt for flow control).
Use relative speed calculations.
Exclude the Inter Packet Gap in the speed calculations.
