Remedy
Service
mode>Function>INSTALL>COM-TEST
Turn the device OFF/ ON. If the error
occurs again even after OFF/ ON, replace
the device system software. (Upgrade)

Check the network connection, as per the
initial procedures.

Check proxy server address and re-enter if
necessary.
Check the user name and password
required in order to login to the proxy, and
