When it is difficult to determine the landing heading in a new Quickfield project due to many
obstacles, you can use the Virtual-GPS software to define a accurate landing heading value.

Open Virtual-GPS.

Position yourself at the landing location and wait until Virtual-GPS has found your GPS
location. The value of Fix Mode will change from No Fix to FIX, 3D when Virtual-GPS has
a locked GPS location.

Walk 10 m in the opposite direction of the desired landing direction, clear from all obsta-
cles. The parameter Cur. Course shows the value of the heading of your walking direc-
tion.
