Store an F22 transmitter in the memory of the R1 receiver

REREQUISITES
R1 receiver
Powered F22 transmitter
To track down an F22 transmitter with the R1 receiver, the transmitter must first be stored in
the memory of the receiver.

Hold down the On/off button for three seconds to switch on the R1 receiver.

Press the MENU/OK button to enter the menu.

Select TRANSMITTER using the Navigation buttons. Press the MENU/OK button to con-
firm.

Select ADD using the Navigation buttons. Press the MENU/OK button to confirm.

Enter the missing digits of the frequency of the transmitter using the Navigation buttons.
Confirm each digit with the MENU/OK button.

Follow the steps on the screen of the R1 receiver to calibrate the transmitter.

Once the calibration is done, the message
appears on the screen. Enter the name you want to assign to this transmitter using the
Navigation buttons. Confirm each letter with the MENU/OK button.

REREQUISITES
R1 receiver
X100 with powered F22 transmitter which is stored in the memory of the R1 receiver
If the X100 has landed/crashed somewhere in the field and you are not able to visually locate
it, you can track it down with the R1 receiver.

Hold down the On/off button for three seconds to switch on the R1 receiver.

Press the MENU/OK button to enter the menu.

Select the transmitter you want to track down with the Scan button. Press the MENU/OK
button to confirm.

Fold out the four antennas on the R1 receiver and place the R1 receiver on the palm of
your hand without touching the antennas.
