SD4 (Cleaning Web SD) Control

SD4 (cleaning web SD) is controlled by the PRDB (printer
drive board).
1. Operation
SD4 (cleaning web SD) is set ON by PS2 (fixing exit
PS), stays ON for 100msec, and then goes OFF.
However, that SD4 does not come at all for certain
copy counts.
