(3) Remove the clutch connector.
(4) Remove the E-ring. Pull the registration clutch
toward you and rotate it to remove.

(5) Reinstall in the opposite sequence to removal.
Caution: When installing the registration clutch, be
sure that the clutch's turn-prevention
groove is installed correctly.

Replacing the Loop Clutch

Caution: Be sure that the power cord has
been unplugged from the outlet.
a. Procedure
(1) Remove the rear panel and the overall control
board unit.
(2) Remove the wire bundle from the clamp on the
conveyance drive panel.
(3) Remove the 2 E-rings and 3 set screws, and
remove the conveyance drive panel. (Do not
remove the rotation prevention screws on the
clutch.

(4) Remove the E-ring, then remove the gear and the

connector, remove the gear at the front, and then
remove the clutch.

(5) Reinstall in the opposite sequence to removal.
