Path to configure resistance:
Specify integration rate in seconds (166.67e-6 to 200e-3).
Query aperture (integration rate).
Specify integration rate (number of line cycles; 0.01 to 10).
Query line cycle integration rate.
Path to configure measurement range:
Select range (0 to +1.05e9).
Query range.
Enable (1 or ON) or disable (0 or OFF) auto range.
Set range based on present input signal.
Query auto range.
Specify reference (REL) value (-1.05e9 to +1.05e9).
Enable (1 or ON) or disable (0 or OFF) REL.
