WIRING METHODS
PC-to IPDU-Sx Crossover Cable
In order to make a direct connection between a PC and the ETHERNET connector of the IPDU-Sx (all models), a crossover cable
must be used. The cable is made with CAT5 cable terminated with RJ45 connectors and wired according to the chart below.

RS485 Sensor Cable
The CAT5 connection cable between the IPDU and the external RS485 Sensors (page 6) is terminated with RJ45 connectors and
must be wired according to the EIA/TIA 568 B industry standard. Wiring is as per the table and drawing below.
