2.5 Force Dump
Create the file input-RequestPowerStateChange11.xml and enter the following command, if you
use WinRM. This operation issue the power status change request which the power status is
11(Diagnostic Interrupt (NMI)), to MGM.

NOTE:
This operation behavior is same as when the "Force Dump"
button is clicked at "Summary" page of server web console.
"Force Dump" operation at "Execute Menu" of
EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor is same too.
NOTE:
If the operating system is already running, the Force Dump
operation may cause the loss of data in the host system.
