Checking Disabled Parts
1) Start the WEB Console to be checked. Click "Fault Information" on the left menu and
check the status of each part on the Fault Information screen. When a scroll bar is
displayed, drag the scroll box to confirm the status of all parts.
The following is an example of the Server WEB Console:
<Description>
✔Name :Target Part Names
✔Status :Transition to OK indicates that there is no problem. Transition to Non-Critical from
OK and Transition to Critical indicate that a failure was found in the part.
2) Read the information and collect data from the Fault Information screen as necessary.
Since textual data on the disabled parts cannot be copied, take a screen shot ([Alt+Print
Screen]) or write the information down. (For Collecting Logs described in the next
procedure.)
3) On the Fault Information screen, click "Enabled"/"Disabled" to go to the Enable/Disable
Components screen and confirm the Enabled or Disabled status of the parts. Confirm if
there is any part that is not intended to be removed (Disabled). When a scroll bar is
displayed, drag the scroll box to confirm the status of all the parts, but avoid selecting
Enabled and Disabled at this time.
