Changing the remote control batteries

If the message »
display, you must change the batteries. Be sure to remove used batteries. The
manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from used batteries.

Open the battery compartment by pressing on the catch at the back of the
remote control and removing the cover of the battery compartment.

When inserting the three batteries (3 x 1.5 V alkaline, mignon type
LR6/AA/AM3), adhere to the polarity on the bottom of the battery compart-
ment.

Close the battery compartment by replacing the cover.

Batteries, including those which contain no heavy metal, may not be dispo-
sed of with household waste. Please dispose of used batteries in an environ-
mentally sound manner. Find out about the legal regulations which apply in
your area.
