You can save the user information and settings from one ASUS DS300f G2 RAID subsystem, export it, and then
import it to automatically configure your other ASUS DS300f G2 RAID subsystems.
To export a user database:
1. Click the Administration tab.
2. Click the Import/Export icon.
3. Click the Export option.
4. Choose User Da tab ase from the Type drop-down menu.
5. Click the Submit button.
6. In the Open dialog box, click the Save File option, then click the OK button.
The file is saved to your PC as "User.dat".
Note
The user database file is not designed to be opened or edited in the field..

Background activity management includes:

Background activities perform a variety of preventive and remedial functions on your physical drives, disk
arrays, logical drives, and other components.
You can run a background activity immediately or schedule it to run at a later time. Scheduling options are
described below.
Setting options for each activity are listed after the scheduling options. These settings determine how the
background activity affects I/O performance.
