Note the orientation of the reset, disk activity LED, and power on LED cables; then disconnect the
LED cables from the system board.

Disconnect all other cables from the system board. The following figure shows the cable
connector locations.

Disconnect the cables from the external ports.
7.
Remove the jackscrews from the video, parallel, and serial ports.
8.
Remove the hex nuts from the audio jacks.
9.
Remove the eight grounding screws from the system board.
10. Slide the system board to the front of the base unit.
11. Lift the board and remove it from the base unit. Set the board on a flat antistatic surface.
12. Remove the new system board from the antistatic bag and place it on a flat antistatic surface.
