The Japanese SP was applied to

vice versa.
Action
Acquire the SP that has the same
language as the installed HDLM,
and then try again.

An upgrade installation or re-
installation cannot be performed
on an already installed HDLM or
SP. When installing HDLM: First
uninstall the installed HDLM or SP,
and then perform a new
installation. When installing a SP:
Obtain, and then install an SP or
corrected version that can be
applied to the installed version of
HDLM.
