How to Disable Access to the Setup Program

To prevent access to the Setup program, do the following:
1. Turn off power and remove the system cover.
2. Move the jumper to the position shown below.

3. Replace the system cover and turn power back on.
To enable access to the setup program, move the jumper to the position
shown below.

Recovery Boot Enable Jumpers

If the BIOS is corrupted during a BIOS upgrade, this jumper enables you to
boot the system and recover the BIOS. Appendix A tells how and when to
use the recovery boot enable jumpers.
