Displaying and printing registers

The PostBase Vision M2 franking machine records information regarding postal reg-
isters and the last postage download. You can view and print the postal registers.
The registers store the following information:
Postage Available
• Open the 'Menu'.
• Choose 'Postal Registers'.
The 'Postage Download Receipt' displays
the current register states.
Printing report
• Tap the 'Print' button.
• Push a folded sheet (folded edge first) or
The PostBase Vision M2 prints the report
('Postage Download – Receipt').

Available postage (= balance)
Postage Used Total value of all franking imprints performed
Control Total Sum of postage available and postage used
Total Items Number of all franking imprints performed
Last Amount Last amount of postage download
Last Date Date and time of last postage download
