5.1.4.2 Pre-Pay Reply

PostBase Vision M2 offers the possibility to frank pre-paid return envelopes
(1st Class Letter and 2nd Class Letter mail).
In the Home screen:
• Tap the postage button.
PostBase Vision M2 opens the Product Cal-
culation menu.
• Select the desired mailing data, for example
'Within UK – First Class Letter – Letter'.
• Choose 'Pre-Pay Reply' service.
• 'Confirm' and return to the Home screen.
The Pre-Pay Reply product is set for franking.
Notes:
Reply Mail imprints are identified by the addi-
tion 'PP Reply' in the product field.
Reply Mail is franked without date.
An advertising imprint may be printed.
