With the optional 'Incoming Mail Stamp' feature, you can print a stamp with date and
time onto your incoming mail. An advertising imprint is also possible.

Print Date of Mail Entry – possible settings:
Received mail stamp
• Open the 'Menu'.
• Choose 'Special Functions'.
• Choose 'Incoming Mail Stamp'.
PostBase Vision M2 opens the 'Print Date of
Mail Entry' menu.
Counter
The current settings for printing are dis-
played:
– received mail stamp
– advertising imprint
– date.
Note: The table below describes the possible
settings. Changing these settings is done in
the usual manner.
Depending on your order, one or several
received mail stamps are available.
Incoming date
You can backdate received mail stamps
up to 7 days.
Received mail stamps with the current date
may also contain the time of day (depending
on the selected received mail stamp).
Advert imprint
In addition to the received mail stamp, you
can set an advertising imprint, as with
franking (advert or text).
