Issue
... when downloading postage / synchronising
Function (e.g. downloading
postage) is not available.
Desired amount cannot be
loaded.
No connection.
After synchronising, no new
data is available in the cus-
tomer portal.
Connection is interrupted.
Possible cause and remedy
The current user is not authorised to access this
function. Contact the administrator of the franking
machine.
Impermissible amount.
Change amount and repeat the procedure.
Ethernet cable (network cable) for LAN connection
not connected / not connected correctly.
Check cable connections (see page 17).
Check / adjust connection settings
(see chapter 15.12).
Turn off the PostBase Vision M2 (see page 26).
Wait one minute. Turn the PostBase Vision M2
on again.
During start-up, the PostBase Vision M2 activates
the network connection (LAN or Wi-Fi).
The menu bar shows the icon of the active
connection (
or e.g.
Internet access of the network / router disturbed.
Contact the network administrator.
FP infrastructure is currently unavailable.
Try again later.
It may take up to 15 minutes for the data to
become available in the customer portal.
The Wi-Fi connection's signal strength is too low.
