Access to the ink cartridge.

Possible cause and remedy
Menu function 'Change Cartridge' not available,
e.g. because machine does not start up / is
defective.
Unlocking the weighing unit manually
(see chapter 17.3.2).
Ink cartridge is not in change position.
Move ink cartridge manually to change position
(see chapter 17.4).
Do not start operating the PostBase Vision M2
franking machine. Contact Customer Service.
Check whether the power cable and power supply
unit are correctly plugged in and that the
PostBase Vision M2 is turned on.
No connection to the FP infrastructure can be
established with the current connectivity settings.
Repeat the network configuration with 'Settings'.
For notes on setting the network parameters, see
overview on page 84.
Ethernet cable (network cable) for LAN connection
not connected / not connected correctly.
Check cable connections (see page 17).
Internet access of the network / router disrupted.
Contact the network administrator.
FP infrastructure is currently unavailable.
