This Reference Guide is intended for operators and administra-
tors of the PostBase Vision M2 franking machine.
This Reference Guide describes how to set up and commission
the franking machine, the proper use as well as cleaning and
maintenance of thePostBase Vision M2 franking machine.
Information that only applies to certain equipment variants can
be recognised by an addition, e.g. (optional).
The Installation and Safety brochure is an excerpt from this
Reference Guide. It contains information for your safety and for
setting up and commissioning the PostBase Vision M2 franking
machine.
The Quick Reference Guide (leaflet) gives an overview of the
most important functions for everyday use.
The following signal words and signs identify the safety instruc-
tions and additional information in this guide:
Warning! indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
Caution! indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
Caution! indicates an increased risk or a risky situation which,
if not avoided, may result in damage to property.
A tip provides help or additional suggestions for improving the
operation.
