Possible cause and remedy
For activation of the optional BMA feature, please
contact the FP aftersales service or your local
sales agent.
Weight limit for selected product has been
exceeded.
Place the mail piece on the weighing platform
or
use the 'Weight Entry' button (available in the
product calculation menu in such cases) to set the
weight manually (minimum weight 3 g).
No product / no postage set.
Check displayed weight and repeat product setting
(see chapter 5.1).
No postage available in the franking machine.
Download postage (see chapter 8).
Credit of the current user is too low.
Have the franking machine administrator assign
new budget.
Maximum postage value for franking exceeded.
Please contact the franking machine administrator.
Letter / label has been moved.
Remove it from the letter slot. Confirm the error
message.
Repeat the printing process.
