Issue

Cleaning the print system
does not improve the print
quality.
Ink cartridge is not detected
(green LED flashes).
Access to the ink cartridge.
Possible cause and remedy
Ink cartridge is heavily fouled or dried up.
Repeat cleaning:
Use the 'Intensive cleaning' function.
If the problem cannot be rectified this way: Clean-
ing the ink cartridge manually (see chapter 16.2.2).
Ink cartridge is not inserted properly.
Remove the ink cartridge and reinsert it (see
chapter 16.5).
As soon as PostBase Vision M2 has detected the
cartridge, the LED (front right next to the cartridge)
glows green continuously.
Wrong ink cartridge inserted.
Observe the specifications (see page 128).
Contacts of the print system are soiled.
Use the FP 'clean and renew' cleaning kit for
PostBase Vision.
Ink cartridge is defective.
Contact Customer Service.
The ink cartridge is located under the locked
weighing unit.
Open the 'Menu'. Choose 'Ink Cartridge' and then
'Change Cartridge'.
The PostBase Vision M2 moves the ink cartridge
into the change position and unlocks the weighing
unit.
The weighing unit can now be folded upwards.
