4) Please remove objects such as rocks and metal that may cause sparks due to contact
with the rotating blade in advance. If it cannot be difficult removed, make a
prominent mark to keep it away.
5) When cutting dead grass, clean the engine and exhaust pipe area, which become hot,
once an hour, checking for grass debris.
6) Dead grass can be ignited by spontaneous combustion or external fire. When cutting
dead grass, have a work manager other than the worker and always monitor it.
7) Please be special careful when cutting grass in a dryness warning is in issued and do
not cutting grass work in some situations.
8) When traveling on a river, cliff, or a step (road shoulder) to prevent falling, please
run on a sufficiently safe flat place.
9) It is dangerous to use it in poor visibility when it is dark. Please do not use when
place condition cannot be grasped sufficiently.
1) Do not use this machine in the rain or in a pool of water where it may be exposed to a large
amount of water.
2) Be aware to other climatic conditions, etc., and pay sufficient attention to work implementation
and selection of equipment.
1.2.２ Inspection before work
1) Operation with safety device and safety cover removed is dangerous, please check the normal
condition.
2) It is very dangerous to operate without the safety devices and related parts that are standard
equipment as well as safety covers. To prevent accidents, be sure to use these parts with t hem
attached. If there is any abnormality, repair it and check the normal condition before operating the
work.
3) When the work clutch (Blade clutch, etc.) is in the "disengaged" position, check that the V -belt is
securely stopped. If it is moving even a little, stop the engine, adjust the belt retainer, and adjust
the wire.
4) The falling off of the Blade is dangerous. Please tighten the set bolt and nut of the Blade securely.
Also, please replace the old one with a new one.
5) If there is an opening / closing cover for Blade replacement, it is dangerous to use while
keeping it open. Be sure to use it in a closed state.
6) Always check the effectiveness of the parking brake. Incorrect brake adjustment may cause a
serious accident. Please check with one or more of the following.
(1) When the Driving clutch lever is in the "off" position (the sub -change shift lever is in the "N"
position), the parking brake is applied and when push it with two adults do not move.
(2) Tires lock up during sudden braking while driving.
