5.4 Inspection, replacement and installation of Blade.
■For your safety, please inspect the knife and knife stay before work. ■
1) Since a sharp Blade is used in this machine, be sure to use the "Blade replacement
tool" supplied with the product when attaching or detaching the Blade for inspection
and replacement, never touch the knife directly with your bare hands using gloves.
There is a risk of injury.
2) Please specify all parts necessary for Blade replacement including Blade stay as genuine
products from the manufacturer.
The front wheel rubber cover prevents the grass from rolling
up and dust from entering, but you should remove the front
wheel on a regular basis for inspection and cleaning.
Please refer to the picture on the left and lift the front with a
jack.
Please lift on a flat surface place with the parking
brake applied.

Remove the wheel cap, cotter pin, and nut, and remove
the tire. When assembling after inspection and cleaning,
do not reuse the split pins and use new ones.
Tighten the nut by aligning the hole position for passing
the cotter pin.

Clean the inside of the tire wheel. Grease and lubricate
the axle when assembling.
