1.4 Notes on loading and unloading
1) Be sure to stop the engine and bring the fuel cock to the "closed" state when transporting
this machine. Due to fuel leakage, spilled fuel may catch fire.
2) Do not tilt the machine beyond necessity. Fuel leakage may occur.
1)
Please use a suitable car according with the Machine for transportation.
(Loading weight, size of loading platform, presence or absence of interference)
2)
Select a flat and safe place for transportation vehicles, stop the engine so that it does not
move when mounted, pull the side brake, and stop the wheel.
3)
Adjust the height until the knife / claw does not contact the bridge. Also, please do the
following for the applicable model. ① Work clutch is in "OFF" position. ② Position the diff -
lock to the "ON" position.
4)
Please make sure to apply a sturdy bridge that meets the standard wi th a loose slope (15
degrees or less), lower the engine rotation, loading "forward", slowly at low speed in
"backward" when unloading.
<At that time, the operation to change speed and direction is dangerous, please do not do. >
5)
Beware ,
When the machine crosses the boundary between the bridge and the truck bed,
the position of the center of gravity suddenly changed.
6)
When transporting, please be sure to secure with a tough rope etc. Please also keep safe
driving.
1.5 Inspection / maintenance
◎Periodic inspection is essential for maintaining quality and performance.
〈Please note , we cannot assume about the responsibility for accidents and
breakdown due to neglect of periodic inspection.〉
Failure to observe the contents stated below may cause burns, injury or machine damage.
1)
Perform daily inspections before and after used, and maintenance, periodically inspect and
maintain to ensure that the products are kept safe and comfortable at all tim es.
2)
For Inspection, adjustment and maintenance, stop the engine, wear heavy duty gloves
after the overheated part of the muffler part and other mission case has completely cooled
down, then use the correct tool correctly.
3)
Inspection, adjustment, maintenance should be carried out in a place where the ground is
flat and hard, wide and bright, always keeping in mind the balance of the machine, please
be careful not to fall over.
4)
When checking by lifting the machine, be sure to prevent falling.
