5.4.1 How to open and close the Blade replacement cover.

5.4.2 Check and Replace Blade
Blade. The front and back of the blade stay cannot be replaced. Replace all.

1) If you use it in a place containing dry soil or sand, check the Blade frequently because
the Blade will wear quickly.
2) We recommend that you purchase a set of spare Blades in advance and keep them at
hand.
① Stop the engine and remove the key from the engine switch.

② Set the cutting height to the middle position using the
cutting height adjustment lever.
③ Pull the right cover up/down arm outward and pull up the
cover.
④ The cover can be opened and fixed it by inserting the pin of
the right cover up/down arms into the notch on the upper
side of the pin receiver.
⑤ To close the cover, pull the upper and lower arms of the
right cover outward, lower the cover, and then insert the
pin into the lower cutout.
① Stop the engine and remove the key from the engine
switch.
② Set the cutting height to the middle position with the
cutting height adjustment lever.
③ Fully open the Blade replacement side cover and fix it.
④ Check the installation state of the Blade and Blade stay.
⑤ Inspect the Blade and Blade stay for cracks, bends and
wear.
