1) To use the charger with boost function, follow the charger instruction manual. If handled
improperly, it may cause the battery to explode or damage the product and equipment.
2) Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area, and keep it away from fire. It may cause
ignition or explosion.
Guidelines for charging completion (must satisfy the following conditions)
The specific gravity of the electrolyte has been kept constant at 1.270/20°C or higher for 1

② The terminal voltage is 15 V or higher and keeps a constant value for 1 hour or longer.
③ Gas is actively generated from each cell.
④ The scheduled charging time has been reached.

electrical current and charging time. It may cause liquid
leakage, ignition, or explosion.

・Battery installation procedure.
① Check that there are no foreign objects on the battery mounting
base, put them on the mounting base so that the terminals polarity
of the removed battery are in the same position, and there is no
rattling in the battery holder (applicable model only) or battery
fixing stay (applicable model only).

Attach the + (plus) cable terminal on the unit to the battery +
(plus) terminal, and tighten the bolts securely so that there is no

Next, attach the machine-side (minus) cable terminal to the battery
(minus) terminal, and tighten the bolts securely so that there is
no looseness.
④ It is effective for rust prevention to apply a thin layer of grease to
the metal parts of the cable terminals to prevent rust. If the cable
terminals are corroded, clean them with a wire brush or fine
sandpaper.
