available with Windows Vista.
a. Select My Network Places from the Start menu. A My Network Places window
is displayed.
b. In the Network Tasks pane of the My Network Places window, click on the
Add a network place button. The Add Network place wizard starts.
c. Click on the Next button. The Service provider selection dialog box is
displayed.
d. Select the Choose another network location option and click on the Next
button to proceed to the next dialog box.
e. Enter the Internet or network address in the Internet or network address edit

on the Next button to proceed to the next dialog box.
f. Then, type in a name for your shortcut in the Network place edit field. Click
on the Next and then the Finish buttons. A shortcut is created to the specified

If you copy files to a location other than the \CEDisk and \UserDisk folders, you
are copying the files into RAM. Move these files to the flash disk (represented by
the \CEDisk and \UserDisk folders) before powering down your Matrox Iris E-
Series; otherwise the copied files are lost when you reboot your Matrox Iris E-
Series.
