Now that your Matrox Iris E-Series is on the required subnet, you must reset your
computer's subnet to its original value so that it can once again communicate with
your LAN.
To change your computer's IP address and subnet mask back to the original values,
perform the following:
1. Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click on the Network
Connections utility. The Network Connections dialog box is displayed.
2. Select the Local Area Connection option and right-click to display the context
menu. Select the Properties command. The Local Area Connection Properties
dialog box is displayed.
3. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the This connection uses the following
items list box, and click on the Properties button. The Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP) Properties dialog box is displayed.
4. Select the User the following IP address option, and enter the following
information in the edit fields provided:
- IP Address. Enter the original IP address of your computer.
- Subnet mask. Enter the original subnet mask of your computer.
5. Click on the OK button to close the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties dialog
box. Click on the OK button to close the Local Area Connection Properties dialog
box.
