5. Scroll down and select Send Controller Command.
The screen refreshes to show the details for the Send Controller Command utility
(Figure 9-32).

6. Use the Select a command to send drop-down list to select Finish Robot Service [M].
7. Use the Select a target controller drop-down list to select Motion Control.
8. Select Run Utility.
A progress screen displays. When the operation is complete, a Utility Results screen
displays.
Note:
It may be necessary to upgrade firmware on the transporter if the
transporter's firmware level is down-revision. The LCM needs to be
reset to complete the firmware upgrade. Any backups in progress
will be interrupted during the reset.
9. Package the malfunctioning transporter and ship it to Spectra Logic as described in
Chapter 10 – Returning Components on page 101.
