Completing the Replacement

After you finish installing the new transporter, use the steps in the following sections
to complete the installation. The initial completion steps depend on whether you
accessed the transporter from the front (see Reinstall the Chamber Shelves and Front
Panel on page 91) or from the side (see Install the Side Access Panels on page 96). The
remaining steps are the same for both access methods.

Reinstall the Chamber Shelves and Front Panel

If you accessed the transporter from the front, use the steps in the following sections to
reinstall the chamber shelves, fan assembly, and front panel. If you accessed the
transporter from the side, skip to Install the Side Access Panels on page 96.
Install the Chamber Shelves and Fan Assembly
1. Reinstall each shelf that you removed.
a. (Optional) Remove the outer guide from each side of the shelf (Figure 9-23).
