The breakout board power source connector is a combination of one DC power
socket and two terminal block connectors. You can use either the DC power socket
or the two terminal block connectors to connect the power supply to the breakout
board. Note that a DC power supply is provided in the Matrox Iris GT starter kit.
Alternately, you can connect an open wire power supply to the J19 and J20
terminal block connectors.
❖ Note that the terminal block connectors are meant to receive power from an
external source and should not be connected to the open-ended digitial I/O and
power cable.
