Search the Outlook Directory
You can search for Microsoft Outlook contacts on your phone.
Procedure
1. Navigate to Directories > Outlook Search.
2. Enter your contact's first or last name.
If you're using the onscreen keyboard, tap
Your contact and similar contacts are displayed automatically as you type your contact's
information.
Save Outlook Contacts to the Contact Directory
You can save Outlook contacts to the Contact Directory on your phone.
The first name, last name, and phone number of the contact are saved to the Contact Directory. You can
go to the Contact Directory to see if the contact was saved correctly and to add additional contact
information.
Procedure
1. Search for your contact.
2. Select your contact.
3. Select Add to Contacts.
If you do not see the Add to Contacts soft key, select the More soft key.

How can we change the different directory
To change the directory on a Polycom VVX phone, follow these steps:
1. Access the Directory:
- Press the Home button.
- Tap Directories.
2. Add a New Contact:
- Tap the + sign.
- Enter the first name, last name, and contact number (phone number).
- Ensure that the fields for First Name, Last Name, and Contact are filled out.

- Tap Label and enter a label for the contact.
