All VVX business media phones support a Recent Calls list, a Contact Directory and a Corporate
Directory. The phones can also support a Skype for Business Directory and Microsoft Distribution Lists, if
enabled by your system administrator.
Note: The generic_prod_term may not support all of the features described in this section. Check with
your system administrator to find out which features are available.
Recent Calls
When the phone is registered with the Skype for Business Server, you can view the last 99 Skype for
Business calls in the Recent Calls list on the phone, in the Skype for Business client on the
Conversations tab, or in Microsoft
You can perform the following tasks from the Recent Calls list:
•
Sort, order, and filter calls. By default, the list displays all call types with the most recent call
displaying first.
•
Remove calls from the list.
•
Select a call record to view call details.
•
Select a call record to automatically call a contact.
View Recent Calls
In the Recent Calls list, you can view a list of up to 100 missed, received, and placed call entries.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
•
Navigate to Directories > Recent Calls.
•
On VVX 500/501 and 600/601 phones, tap

How can we change the different directory
To change the directory on a Polycom VVX phone, follow these steps:
1. Access the Directory:
- Press the Home button.
- Tap Directories.
2. Add a New Contact:
- Tap the + sign.
- Enter the first name, last name, and contact number (phone number).
- Ensure that the fields for First Name, Last Name, and Contact are filled out.
3. Customize Additional Fields:
- Enter a Favorite Index (speed dial reference number). If not set, the system assigns the next available position.
- Tap Label and enter a label for the contact.
4. Advanced Options:
- You can customize options like auto-rejecting the contact (sending to voicemail) or diverting the caller to another number. These are optional settings.
Make the required changes in the directory and save them as needed.
