Returning Parts for Service
If you need to obtain help
If, after following the troubleshooting steps and looking through the other
sections in this chapter, the emulation probe still is not working:
1 Write down the target processor version, the emulation probe firmware
version, and the type of emulation probe (E5900A or E5900B).
2 Call your nearest Agilent Technologies sales or service office.

and select Contact Us.
To clean the instrument
If the instrument requires cleaning:
1 Remove power from the instrument.
2 Clean the instrument using a soft cloth that has been moistened in a
mixture of mild detergent and water.
3 Make sure that the instrument is completely dry before reconnecting it
to a power source.
