Chapter 7: Configuring the Emulation Probe
Configuration items

To configure the voltage threshold (All processors)

Threshold for voltage reference. Voltages above (Vref • thresh) will be
considered logic high and voltages below this level will be considered logic
low.
Voltage Threshold configuration
Command
cf thresh=1/2
cf thresh=2/3
cf thresh=1/3
To configure 32-bit mode
(All processors except PowerPC 4XX)
You can enable or disable 32-bit mode.
32-bit mode configuration
Command
cf 32bitmode=off

Meaning
Threshold voltage is set to 50% of Vref. (Default)
Threshold voltage is set to 67% of Vref.
Threshold voltage is set to 33% of Vref.
Meaning
Normal, 64-bit mode. (Default)
The maximum memory access size is forced to 32 bits. Do
not enable this option unless it is specifically supported
by your target system.
