Co-recording function

The co-recording function synchronizes data-saving trigger generation between devices supporting the co-recording function.
The Motion module synchronizes the recording devices on the network system by relaying co-recording triggers between its
own servo system recorder, recording devices on the base unit that its station is mounted, and recording devices of other
stations. For details of the co-recording function, refer to the following.

This section describes the co-recording trigger relay function of the Motion module.

Co-recording relay range
The Motion module can relay triggers for the number of different networks set. The number of networks for which triggers can
be relayed are set in the trigger generating device.
The number of relay networks is fixed to "1".
When the number of relay networks is "1", the co-recording operating range is a follows.

Description
Trigger relay device
• When a module mounted to the programmable controller system of the master station generates a
recording trigger and sends a co-recording trigger, or a trigger is generated by the Motion module servo
system recorder, the master station sends a co-recording trigger to device stations.
• A master station that receives a co-recording trigger from a device station sends a co-recording trigger to
other device stations.
• A master station that receives a co-recording trigger from a device station sends a co-recording trigger to
the CPU it manages.
