Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.

Remove the server.
5.
Place the server on a flat, level work surface.
6.
Remove the node cover.
7.
If installed, remove the air baffle.
8.
Remove the secondary riser.
9.
If the Smart Array controller SAS cable is not yet connected to the secondary riser board, install it now.
10. Remove the blank screw (callout 1), and then pull out the riser slot blank (callout 2).
11. If installed, remove the full-height bracket from the expansion card.
