Tap SAVE to exit the robot configuration. Forge/OS uploads a tool data file to the USB drive attached to the

Yaskawa pendant. If you didn't see one before, you will see a Tool Mismatch error now.
Note: Forge/OS saves the updated TCPs and Payloads to tool.cnd in the USB drive root directory, not in the
forge-os folder.
Switch the Yaskawa pendant to TEACH and select Safety Mode:

Turn the key to TEACH.

From the Main Menu, navigate to SYSTEM INFO, then SECURITY.

Select SAFETY MODE from the dropdown list.

Enter the SAFETY MODE password and press the ENTER button on the pendant keypad.
