Troubleshooting
Cause
The connection between the
Sensor Head and the Sensor
Controller or the connection with
the extension fiber cable is not
normal.

The operating ambient temperature
of Sensor Head or Controller is
fluctuating.
The warm-up time is inadequate.
The scaling has not been done
correctly.
The zero reset value is not correct. Set the zero reset correctly.
The serial numbers of the Sensor
Head and Calibration ROM do not
