Measuring the Thickness

If you have glass of known thickness, scaling can be adjusted referenced to that glass so that transparent
objects can be measured more easily.

Important
• When the measurement surface setting is set to Peak for thickness measurement, the measurement may become
unstable depending on the incident level on each surface. Change the measurement surface setting for each
surface from Peak to 1/2/3/4.
• With the above procedure, the same area surface must be set for Measurement surface 1 and Measurement
surface 2. Therefore, to set different area surfaces for Measurement surface 1 and Measurement surface 2, set the
height measurement of each surface to two tasks and calculate the difference.
