7.5 Surge Protection Requirements
7.5.1 Battery Surge Application Installation
The GCE incorporates built-in surge protection. However, primary surge protection must be
installed on all power supply/battery as shown in Figure 7-17.
. Track wire surge protection is shown on application drawings in Section 2.
WARNING
THE POLARITY OF THESE CIRCUITS MUST BE
OBSERVED, SINCE DAMAGE TO THIS EQUIPMENT
WILL RESULT FROM REVERSED POLARITY.
