4 SSCC APPLICATIONS & PROGRAMMING GUIDELINES
4.1 SSCC Application Guidelines
The A80405 Solid-State Crossing Controller IIIi (SSCC IIIi), is a plug-in module for the
GCP5000 (GCE). The case can accommodate up to two A80405 modules. Each module
provides:
up to 20 amperes of lamp drive
gate and bell control
The A80405 module Interface is through GCE front-panel connectors. The A80405 module
generally operates from a separate battery than the GCE portion of the system.
