The VLP is rebooting or is in its
Initial State and performing its initial
checks. This may occur after a VLP
reset, or after changing templates.
The MCF is invalid.
The installed MCF is incompatible
with the MEF software
The MEF is incompatible with this
hardware.
Set the operating parameters to the required
values
Set the Vital Cfg parameters to the required
values
Wait. The error will clear itself.
Wait for a minute for the VLP to power up. If
the VLP does not power up, check to see if it
is continuously rebooting by checking the
VLP Health LED.
Obtain and load a valid MCF.
Obtain compatible MCF or MEF software
Reload a valid MEF for this hardware.
