COOLING SYSTEM FILLING
The coolant must have protective agent concentration of the cooling system required.
Never use the engine without coolant liquid, even for a short time.
The protective agents of the cooling system must be ordered from your Deutz partner.
Very hot coolant, burning hazard!
The system is under pressure! Open the plug only once cooling has occurred.
Follow the specific safety directives and local regulations to handle the coolants.

AdBlue® (DEF) FEED PUMP FILTERING CARTRIDGE
REPLACEMENT
1 Cover
2 Compensator
3 Filtering cartridge
To replace the AdBlue®
•
Stop the engine
•
Disconnect the cables connections
•
Place a suitable collecting basin
•
Remove the cover (1) (Use a 27mm socket wrench)
•
Remove the filtering element (3) and the compensator (2)
•
Insert the new filtering element and the compensator
•
Mount the cover (1): tightening torque 22.5 ± 2.5 Nm
•
Connect the cable connections
(DEF) feed pump filtering cartridge:
