CHANGING THE AXLE OIL

This operation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Attention: perform all the draining, filling and oil level checks with the axle horizontal.
Hazard: risk of violent expulsion of oil jets; follow all safety
procedures described in this manual.
Follow the instructions below:
Clean the vent (3) and the surrounding area.
Drain the oil from the main body by first unscrewing the level
plug (1) and then the drain plug (2). Drain the oil completely.
Clean the plug (2) and assemble it to the required torque (Insert
the tightening torque).
Unscrew the oil filler cap (1) and fill with the recommended oil
flush with the level hole. Allow the oil to flow in the axle, check
the level and top-up, if necessary. Tighten the cap (1) to a
torque of 60 Nm.
Important! If the operator hears a metallic noise coming from the axle during braking, it is necessary to
change the oil as soon as possible, regardless of the number of hours reached.
