Once the chains are lubricated, tension them. Follow the instructions below:
•
Tension the chains from the nuts;
• Check tensioning of the chains by pressing them in the middle;
• In this area, measure the distance between the upper surface of the chain and the edge of the
body. If the distance is between 120 mm and 130 mm then the chains are tensioned correctly. If
less than 120 mm, then the chains are not tensioned correctly and must be slackened. If the
distance is greater than 130 mm then the chains are tensioned sufficiently and must be tensioned.
